LANGUAGE · CULTURES · ENCOUNTERS
A Destino Circle brings together three interconnected dimensions: practising the language, exploring and reflecting on Hispanic cultures, and exchanging ideas with others.
🗣️ LANGUAGE
Having the words and the space to finally take part in conversations in Spanish.
Develop your ability to express ideas, build arguments, add nuance and become more fluent through regular speaking practice.
🌎 CULTURES
Understand, discover and reflect on Hispanic societies and cultures.
History, society, arts, sport, current affairs and much more.
🤝 ENCOUNTERS
Exchange with people from different backgrounds, share perspectives and rediscover the pleasure of a real conversation.
Here, Spanish is our common language, but everyone brings their own story, culture and way of seeing the world.
Topics that make you want to talk
History, society, current affairs, arts, sport, popular culture… Destino Circles explore the Hispanic worlds through a wide range of topics, chosen to give you something to think about, discuss and practise in Spanish.
How does a Destino Circle work?
Before the session
You receive a few authentic resources, along with some useful words and expressions to help you prepare for the topic.
During the session
We use these resources as a starting point to understand, reflect and exchange ideas. Conversation in Spanish is at the heart of the Destino Circle.
Throughout the conversation
I support you with corrections and practical tools to help you express your point of view, add nuance and build arguments.
And above all: 4 people maximum.
So that everyone has a real opportunity to speak and take part in the conversation.
🔵SOCIETY & CURRENT AFFAIRS
🟠HISTORY & MEMORY
🟢 LITERATURE & CINEMA
And this is just a glimpse: topics evolve with current events, new resources and the group's interests and curiosities.

🗣️Everyone gets a chance to speak
No need to wait for your turn: each participant has real time to practise their Spanish and develop their ideas.
💬 A real conversation
Here, you don't simply answer the teacher's questions: you react to other people's ideas, build on them, add nuance and take part in a genuine conversation in Spanish.
🌎 Encounters from different backgrounds
A Circle can bring together people from different countries, backgrounds and life experiences. Spanish becomes our common language for exchanging ideas, discovering different perspectives and creating genuine connections.
🎯 Personalised support
I support you with corrections, reformulations and practical tools based on what actually comes up during the conversation.
Here, you don't simply come to practise your Spanish. You come to take part in a conversation.
Wondering whether a Destino Circle is right for you?
Before joining a group, let's meet for 30 minutes, free of charge and with no commitment. We'll talk about your experience with Spanish, your goals and your interests, and see together whether a Destino Circle could be right for you.
“One common language. Different backgrounds. Real connections.”
Grégory Pirmet, Founder of Destino Hispano
